Job summary

GeoStabilization International (GSI) and its partners are seeking a Project Development Engineer to support geotechnical pursuits and help shape proposals for heavy civil and transportation markets. You will learn pursuit management, develop technical acumen, and gain hands-on experience while building relationships with clients across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
• P.E., P.G., E.I.T., or G.I.T. licensure preferred.
• 4+ years in engineering, construction, sales, or technical client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Support pursuit execution: assist PDEs in developing pursuit strategy and coordinating with estimating and engineering teams.
• Technical analysis and proposal support: research geotechnical challenges and contribute content to client materials.
• Client engagement: participate in meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to build relationships.
• Market research and pipeline support: identify opportunities in heavy civil and transportation sectors.
