Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. seeks an Engineered Solutions Specialist for its Geo/Stormwater team, responsible for promoting engineered stormwater and geosynthetic products to civil sitework specifiers in Texas and Louisiana.

This remote role requires travel and face-to-face meetings in the Houston area, with work-from-home opportunities when not traveling. The role emphasizes building relationships with engineers, municipalities, and landscape architects, plus delivering technical presentations

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering degree or Engineering license is preferred; 3+ years in Geosynthetics/Stormwater.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data handling in Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Ferguson's market position and influence agencies, owners, and specifiers.
• Increase awareness of Geo/Stormwater products at tradeshows and conferences.
• Prepare and present technical discussions in the assigned geography.
• Research local green infrastructure codes to guide municipality/developer strategies.
• Visit end users, engineering firms, and contractors to generate opportunities and raise product awareness.
• Coordinate projects through the specification process with design engineers.
