Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience with strong leadership.
• Basic forklift knowledge required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ticket printing, inventory tracking, shipping reporting, and time reporting.
• Experience with cycle counting preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business-related field or operations management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and production employees.
• Establish a shipping, receiving, and production schedule daily.
• Coordinate with the Corporate purchasing team for material planning.
• Direct supervision of employees.
• Additional duties may be required.
