The role requires 2+ years of supervision with a focus on safety, inventory control, and process improvement. A business/operations degree is preferred; proficiency in MS Office is expected.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years of supervision experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in business or operations management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to print tickets, track inventory, and prepare shipping reports.

Responsabilidades

• Manage shipping and production employees
• Establish a shipping, receiving, and production schedule daily
• Coordinate with Corporate purchasing team for material planning
• Direct supervision of employees
• Additional duties may be required
