The role emphasizes supervision, planning, and process improvements in a geosynthetics distribution environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of supervisory experience, forklift knowledge, and solid computer skills including MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in supervision with strong leadership.
• Basic forklift knowledge required.
• Adequate computer skills for ticket printing, inventory tracking, shipping reporting, and employee time reporting.
• Experience with cycle counting preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and production employees.
• Establish a shipping, receiving, and production schedule daily.
• Coordinate with the Corporate purchasing team for material planning.
• Direct supervision of employees.
• Additional duties may be required.
