Job summary

Morgan Corp. is seeking a Geostructural Superintendent to join our Operations team in Roxboro, NC. The role travels with the Geostructural team across the Southeast, leading discipline-specific or multi-disciplinary crews in geostructural and deep foundation work.

The Superintendent will supervise concrete work, reinforce safety, coordinate labor and equipment, and provide technical guidance to drillers and pile drivers. A strong leader with integrity is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related experience as foreman, field engineer, or superintendent.
• Thorough knowledge of geostructural work (drilling, pile driving, etc.).
• Proficiency operating drills, pile rigs, and cranes is a plus.
• Experience with concrete and earthwork is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and analyze plans and specifications.
• Willingness to travel and work out of town.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all facets of concrete work and quality control.
• Schedules labor, materials, subcontractors, and equipment.
• Provides technical direction to crews and subs.
• Trains drillers/pile drivers on foundations and shoring.
• Maintains relationships with site staff, engineers, and suppliers.
• Sets productivity goals and submits reports.
• Represents the company in meetings with owners and subs.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies.
