Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant coursework in CAD, geography, planning or environmental sciences.
• 4+ years professional geospatial experience using AutoCAD and ArcGIS.
• Experience analyzing and integrating large spatial data sets for space planning.

Responsibilities

• Analyze university-wide space inventory data; assess quality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain standard space reports for data requests.
• Identify opportunities to improve space utilization and efficiency.
• Manage space planning assignments and reporting.
• Maintain data transfer between enterprise systems and space management.
