Job summary

Xpanner is seeking a Geospatial Team Lead to drive operational excellence, develop team members, and align resources for nationwide field execution. You will oversee installations, calibrations, and troubleshooting while serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.

Lead a 4–6 person Geospatial team, coach engineers, and coordinate with Sales, Project Management, and Product Support to ensure customer success and scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Founder’s mentality: proactive, adaptable, and able to build processes in a fast-growing environment.
• 5+ years of experience in Construction Technology, Heavy Equipment, Surveying, or GPS/GNSS Technology.
• Prior experience building or managing a team.
• Strong ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and take initiative.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Must be willing to travel (50-75%).

Responsibilities

• Drive Customer Success and Product Value by overseeing installations, calibrations, and field execution.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex technical challenges and customer issues.
• Represent the Geospatial team in customer meetings and project planning.
• Lead and develop Geospatial Engineers through technical and management efforts.
• Direct a 4–6 person team, assign projects, balance workloads, and ensure nationwide coverage.
• Standardize field processes, training, and safety practices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Product Support, Leadership, and Development teams.
