Job summary

CNA is seeking a geospatial data analyst in the Houston area to gather, process, and analyze data using ArcGIS Online and Esri tools. You will present findings and generate reports while supporting client interactions and project meetings.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to obtain a security clearance. You will contribute to data-driven decisions and visualization efforts within CNA’s teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with geospatial analysis for government or similar environments preferred.
• Proficiency with ArcGIS Online/ArcGIS Pro and Esri tools for mapping and analysis.
• Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI.
• Programming experience in Python or R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply standard research methods to gather, process, and analyze data and present findings.
• Utilize database software to organize data and generate reports.
• Participate in project meetings and support client interactions.
• Develop familiarity with CNA’s structure and major client sponsors.
