• Develop familiarity with division missions and client/sponsor structures.
• Participate in meetings and assist with client interactions; identify POC.
• Develop task-specific expertise to contribute to project outcomes.
• Understand CNA SOPs, business environment, and project development process.
• Communicate information concisely in oral and written form; present data clearly.
• Work under supervision on focused projects and track spending.
• Demonstrate initiative and collaboration with colleagues and clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
