Job summary

Partner Company seeks a full-time GIS consultant to analyze high-resolution satellite and aerial imagery, classify features, and assess changes across landscapes.

You will perform QA/QC on spatial datasets, support data quality assurance, and work with multi-temporal imagery using QGIS and ArcGIS for digitization and analysis.

Prepare datasets in SHP, KML/KMZ, GeoJSON and GeoTIFF, and document discrepancies to ensure datasets are accurate and reliable.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of professional GIS/remote sensing experience.
• Strong visual interpretation and proficiency with QGIS/ArcGIS.
• Experience with QA/QC and urban imagery interpretation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze high-resolution satellite and aerial imagery to identify, classify, and assess features and changes.
• Support geospatial quality assurance to ensure datasets are accurate, complete, and reliable.
• Compare multi-temporal imagery, validate features against reference data, and document discrepancies.
• Use QGIS and ArcGIS for digitization, spatial analysis, and geospatial data management.
• Prepare and manage datasets in SHP, KML/KMZ, GeoJSON, and GeoTIFF.
