• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee medium to large proposal development from start to finish.
• Develop strategy and winning themes by analyzing RFPs and client requirements.
• Interview SMEs to gather content and manage document production workflow.
• Utilize InDesign, GIS tools, Word, and PowerPoint to enhance proposals.
• Ensure proposal quality aligns with company standards and wins business.
