Job summary

ISG in Bloomington, MN is offering a Geospatial Internship designed for students in geospatial programs. The role provides hands-on experience across multiple disciplines, mentorship, and exposure to cutting-edge design practices within a collaborative environment.

As an intern you will work on several projects, gain experience with AutoCAD, and develop communication, organizational, and analytical skills. The program includes housing stipends, potential ESOP eligibility, and visa sponsorship

ISG is seeking motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our dynamic team for the summer. This internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in your specific engineering discipline while participating in a comprehensive professional development program.

Key Responsibilities

• Enrolled in a Geospatial program.


• Become familiar with and produce work using computer aided software programs such as AutoCAD.


• Be accountable to other members of the team to complete assigned tasks and recognize performance of other team members.


• Work on several projects at one time.


• Must have strong communication, organization, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Professional Development Program

• Bi-Weekly Workshops: Participate in sessions led by Kinzee Miest covering topics such as goal setting, elevating your strengths, and building confidence in a professional setting.


• Mentorship: Receive guidance and support from a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate your internship.

• Housing stipends are provided to students who are required to relocate.
