Qualifications

• Requires completion of four years of college with coursework in policy, data analytics, computer science, urban planning or related field.
• Requires two years of experience in data analysis using Excel, R, or Python.
• Requires two years of geospatial analysis using ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze FCC Broadband Data Collection, USDA, NTIA, and other grant data to identify connectivity status and trends.
• Maintain location lists for BEAD program, update status, projects, ISPs, speeds, and technology.
• Analyze broadband data to advise on programmatic decision making.
• Update Power BI and GIS maps with broadband and digital access data.
• Use geospatial analysis to identify BEAD projects near eligible locations.
• Summarize location counts, dollars invested, and other grant characteristics by geography.
