Job summary

Vantor seeks an experienced Geospatial Analyst to support mission-critical GIS initiatives, developing, maintaining, and improving ArcGIS Enterprise environments. You will be the team’s primary resource for ArcGIS Pro, Portal for ArcGIS, geospatial modeling, and enterprise GIS capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for geospatial tech, tackle complex challenges, stay current with ESRI products, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to maximize ArcGIS value for customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, Geospatial Science, CS, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of professional GIS experience.
Advanced proficiency with ArcGIS Pro.
Experience administering ArcGIS Enterprise and Portal for ArcGIS.
Experience developing geoprocessing workflows with ModelBuilder.
Experience publishing GIS services and managing geodatabases.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance geospatial datasets, maps, and products using ArcGIS Pro.
Design and optimize geoprocessing workflows with ModelBuilder and Python.
Administer ArcGIS Enterprise, Portal, hosted services, maps, apps, and security.
Publish and optimize feature/map/imagery services and enterprise GIS apps.
Develop scalable GIS workflows to improve automation and efficiency.
Perform spatial analysis to support mission planning and decision-making.
Troubleshoot ArcGIS Pro, Portal, Enterprise, and GIS issues.
Collaborate with developers, project managers, admins, and stakeholders.
Document GIS workflows and best practices.
