Job summary

ITC Federal, Inc. is seeking a Software/ML Engineer at junior to senior levels to support Microsoft's Spectre team and NGA. The role focuses on building cloud-native microservices in Python for AI foundation models, delivering high-quality code, and ensuring production readiness in a security-conscious government contractor setting.

Hybrid work with 2 days onsite at SCIF and 3 days remote; locations include NGA Springfield, Reston, or Redmond. Must have a TS security clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/Math/Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional ML delivery experience; backend and services delivery.
• Ability to meet government security screening requirements (Top Secret; TS/SCI preferred).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate cloud-native microservices in Python for AI foundation models at scale.
• Develop REST APIs and backend services with Azure AKS, IAM, Redis, and messaging systems.
• Apply Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and ensure production readiness.
