Job summary

ITC Federal, LLC seeks a Software/ML Engineer or Data Scientist (junior to senior) to support Microsoft's Spectre team and NGA. Role spans geospatial AI, foundation models for aerial object detection, and end-to-end AI platforms.

Hybrid work with onsite SCIF 2 days, rest remote; NGA Springfield VA preferred, Reston VA or Redmond WA as alternatives. Open to junior, mid, or senior levels; TS security clearance required or active; strong collaboration across engineers, data scientists, designers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Math/SE or related field required.
• Experience in data science, software dev, data modeling or data engineering; senior level for more experience.
• Data modeling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI, computer vision and ML to build solutions for customers.
• Optimize runtime performance of CV/ML algorithms on various hardware.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, designers and program managers to deliver technical designs; embody company culture and values.
