Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar field and 8 years of experience with data analytics methodology supporting the DoD or IC
• Typically, 12 years of progressive related experience in lieu of a degree is accepted
• Experience with AI/ML methods in support of a customer; developing, optimizing and integrating geospatial AI/ML models in support of the DoD or IC
• Experience in development and implementation of at least one of the following: computational modeling, statistics, applied mathematics, computer science, and/or data analytics in support of customer business cases
• Experience assessing and developing analytical methodologies to enhance customer’s analysis process/ products
• Experience implementing at least one of the following machine learning algorithms, data mining, and statistical algorithms for pattern recognition and the development of predictive models
• Shall possess strong oral and written communication skills and be capable of effectively leading projects
• Obtain and maintain currency of the appropriate level certification per DOD 8570.01
• Strong understanding of utilizing geospatial data for predictive analysis.
• Experience providing data science support to Intelligence analysis
• Experience with a wide range of databases and dynamic data sources is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to solve critical operational problems involving data analytics in support of operational forces.
• Provide predictive and prescriptive intelligence insights crucial to building actionable intelligence for national security missions.
• Develop strategies, plans, and programs in anticipation of current and future operational missions.
• Deploy AI/ML capabilities using multiple technological methodologies to provide insight into the operational environment.
