• GS-13/GS-14/GS-15 specialized experience involves planning, budgets, evaluation, and presenting findings.

Responsibilities

• Directing program planning and implementation for major scientific research in geosciences or related physical science.
• Developing operating plans, work schedules, and project budgets for research initiatives.
• Evaluating proposals or participating in peer-review processes to recommend funding.
• Presenting scientific findings or program updates at conferences and inter-organizational meetings.
