We are seeking a candidate who embodies ownership, professionalism, leadership, responsiveness, adaptability, and teamwork. This role involves leading and supervising a marketing team to support the growth of our transportation program in Georgia.

Responsibilities include:

1. Hiring, developing, and supervising proposal and marketing staff.
2. Applying HDR's go/no-go decision process and maintaining records.
3. Leading pursuit teams with strategic planning and execution.
4. Managing marketing data, proposal documents, and branding standards.
5. Overseeing proposal development, editing, and quality reviews.
6. Developing schedules, ensuring compliance, and facilitating team meetings.
7. Mentoring team members and supporting business development strategies.
8. Creating marketing collateral and digital content to enhance HDR's industry presence.
9. Managing budgets and client management programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with RFP responses for Georgia clients, including GDOT and municipal agencies.
• Knowledge of the A/E/C industry's procurement processes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to work onsite at HDR's Midtown Atlanta office.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of relevant industry experience.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and secure high-value contracts.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Ability to travel and engage in in-person meetings.
