What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead members in developing and implementing annual energy marketing and business development strategies
- Assist members with targeted sales calls to maximize sales of energy products and services
- Conduct market analysis to ensure maximum market penetration for the Energy Division
- Provide training programs and product update meetings for energy products and market segments
- Represent the Energy Division at industry association meetings and trade shows

What is Required (Qualifications):
- College degree in marketing, management, or a business-related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years of retail management experience demonstrating leadership capabilities
- Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and energy-related retail operations
- Proven computer skills and ability to enhance business processes with technology
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel independently and overnight when necessary
