Learning Care in Georgia is seeking a Lead Pre-K Teacher to plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate instruction for 4-year-olds, guided by GA Pre-K requirements.

You will mentor fellow teachers, manage classroom routines, ensure licensing compliance, and build strong relationships with enrolled families to support student success. This on-site role offers a supportive team, ongoing training, and opportunities for credential assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education required.
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Georgia’s Pre‑K Program is a state funded educational program for all age eligible 4‑year‑old children in Georgia. The purpose of Georgia’s Pre‑K Program is to prepare children for success in Kindergarten and later school years. The Pre‑K Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing 4‑year-old's, based on needs of each child, and the requirements of the program.

As a Lead Pre‑K Teacher, you’ll:

We want energetic, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, approved related degree or higher credential
• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans
• The ability to meet state requirements for education and our childcare center requirements.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
