Association County Commissioners of GA (ACCG) in Georgia seeks a risk control professional to lead and support Members of the ACCG Insurance Programs. The role focuses on risk consulting, on-site assessments, and member education across the south Georgia region.

You will conduct on-site evaluations, develop risk control programs, and deliver trainings while communicating best practices to county leaders and staff. A background in risk management and public sector exposure is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–10 years' experience in risk management program administration or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience accepted.

Mansioni

• Travel 50–75% for on-site assessments, training, and Member support.
• Conduct on-site evaluations of risks at Members' locations and identify exposures.
• Document formal recommendations to control risks of workers' comp, property and liability claims.
• Assist Members in developing comprehensive risk control programs and policies.
• Assist investigations of high-risk incidents and identify lessons learned.
• Share claims trends and help develop safety action plans with Members.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to Members on risk topics.
• Represent ACCG as guest speaker at conventions and meetings.
• Prepare reports and present findings to county leadership and internal staff.
