Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Arterial Regional Manager to drive regional revenue, market development, and customer adoption. The role leads Account Managers, builds relationships with physicians, health systems, and stakeholders, and partners with AVP, Strat Sales, and Marketing to advance regional priorities.

Responsibilities include owning regional forecasts, executing business plans, and ensuring compliant operations while promoting patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field required.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in medical device sales required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in medical device sales leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own regional revenue, forecasts, and growth targets.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand market share and relationships.
• Coach through field observations, reviews, and planning; address gaps and expectations.
• Ensure effective sales processes, CRM use, forecasting, and customer support.
• Represent company at trade shows and educational meetings.
