Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active State Bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/real estate litigation for financial institutions.
• Experience in foreclosure, bankruptcy, or evictions is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to travel.
• Knowledge of state laws and civil procedure; federal practice a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage litigation caseload from referral through disposition, settlement, or verdict.
• Attend court hearings and perform discovery.
• Prepare and review court filings, pleadings, discovery requests, orders, and client communications.
• Resolve title issues and advise on curative actions to achieve clear title.
• Provide legal research and drafting support for firm’s clients.
