Ready, Set, Grow ECE in Georgia is seeking a passionate Georgia Pre-K Teacher to deliver a GELDS-based curriculum in a state-funded classroom alongside a supportive team. The role emphasizes preparing four-year-olds for success through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.

You will implement the Work Sampling System to track progress, maintain a safe and stimulating environment, and collaborate with families and specialists to support individual learning plans.

Qualificações

• Must have credentials such as CDA, TCC in Early Childhood Education, Paraprofessional License, or DECAL Teacher credential requirements.
• Professional experience in a Georgia Pre-K classroom or licensed daycare with strong classroom management.
• Familiar with GELDS and Work Sampling System (WSS).
• Education credentials include an Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute GELDS-aligned lesson plans covering literacy, math, and social-emotional development.
• Use WSS for ongoing assessment of child development milestones.
• Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment for 4-year-olds.
• Ensure compliance with Bright from the Start health, safety, and instructional regulations.
• Collaborate with families, assistants, and educational specialists to support individual learning plans.
• Foster kindergarten readiness through play-based and intentional instruction.
