Job summary

You will create a structured, engaging classroom environment supporting four-year-olds’ academic, social, and emotional growth.

The role includes developing lesson plans, managing daily operations, and assessing student progress, while maintaining documentation and fostering positive classroom

Qualifications

• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication with families, staff, and children.
• Experience in early childhood settings preferred.
• Knowledge of DECAL Bright from the Start standards is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Georgia Pre-K instructional programs aligned with DECAL standards.
• Manage daily classroom operations in a safe, structured environment.
• Assess student progress and maintain accurate documentation (attendance, assessments).
• Communicate with families about student progress and program expectations.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Teacher to support instruction and routines.
