Job summary

Belle, LLC is redefining primary care for Medicare members by empowering in-home preventive foot care through licensed nail technicians and CHWs. This role leads state operations across Georgia, driving scalable field execution, coaching leaders, and ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration with clinical, dispatch, HR, and accounting teams.

Based in Georgia with substantial travel, you will build a high-performing team, hit monthly performance benchmarks, and shape a patient-centered care

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field operations or multi-site people management.
• Strong coaching and people-development skills.
• Comfortable working with data to identify trends and drive action.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on, execution-oriented leader in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed statewide monthly performance and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain a strong field presence through CHW ride-alongs, coaching, and building a high-performing culture.
• Report performance, risks, and recommendations to the VP of Operations.
• Establish clear ownership and accountability across the State Operations Manager, BOS, CHW Lead, and CHW levels.
• Ensure BOSs independently own day-to-day CHW performance and escalations.
• Develop leadership capabilities and a strong candidate pipeline to support growth.
• Translate priorities into clear execution plans and drive adoption of new processes and technology.
• Serve as the primary Georgia Ops point person for Member Ops, Clinical, Dispatch, HR, Accounting and Engineering.
