Qualifications

• 5 years of retail banking experience required.
• 5 years of supervisor experience in banking or retail with oversight of employees.
• Knowledge of branch operations and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations including scheduling, audits, and cash handling logistics.
• Coach and mentor team members with regular 1on1s to build relationships and skills.
• Develop employee development plans to support career paths and sales targets.
• Refer customers to mortgage, wealth management and insurance as needed.
• Assist in managing budgets, expenses, and profitability.
• Step in for branch manager during absence and lead critical matters.
