Responsibilities

Develop and implement high-quality, standards-based lessons and assessments aligned with the Esperanza Academy Instructional Guide and Essentials.
Create a positive, rigorous, and joyful classroom environment that promotes student learning and engagement.
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs, including ELL and 504/IEP students.
Collaborate with counselors, social workers, and special education teams to support the whole child.
Regularly analyze student data to refine instruction and interventions to meet academic benchmarks.
Engage families with open, positive communication to build partnerships.
