Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Illinois or Licensed Structural Engineer in Illinois.
• Four years of civil engineering experience.
• Knowledge of highway design policies.
• Ability to analyze and solve highway engineering problems.
• Strong computer skills including CADD, GIS, web-based databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
