Job summary

Topcon Positioning Group in Livermore, CA seeks a Geomatics Application Specialist to lead instructor‑led training, virtual sessions, and customer onboarding for Reality Capture, LiDAR, Scan‑to‑BIM, BIM workflows and Digital Construction.

You will deliver product demonstrations at events, support field days, and create learning materials, tutorials, and guides, collaborating with dealers, customers, and our sales teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in surveying or geomatics environments.
• Knowledge of GNSS and total stations.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and digital construction.
• Experience with reality capture technologies.
• Ability to support customer onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training (ILT) courses.
• Conduct virtual and in-person training events.
• Support customer onboarding and workflow adoption.
• Conduct demonstrations at events and field days.
• Create and maintain training content and guides.
• Support Proof of Concept activities.
• Collaborate with dealers, customers, and sales teams.
