Job summary

Repsol is seeking a Geology & Geophysics Intern based in The Woodlands, TX. The role is an onsite summer internship running May–Aug, with a daily hourly wage and no benefits or PTO.

Interns work with a cross‑functional team to support subsurface data tasks and project activities. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in Geology or a related geoscience and are available for the full duration, with strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, and a serious interest in oil and gas

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled for Fall 2027 and not graduated before start.
• Proven detail‑oriented and analytical capabilities.
• Strong written and oral communication with technical and non‑technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day tasks and project activities.
• Assist with data compilation, organization, and basic interpretation of subsurface data.
• Help prepare maps, exhibits, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and cross‑functional discussions.
• Follow safety standards and company policies.
