Job summary

Occidental Petroleum Corporation invites rising Geology or Geophysics graduate students to join its Summer Intern Program in Houston and Denver for a full 12-week engagement. Interns will tackle real-life projects, receive technical guidance, and participate in training, field trips, and leadership meetings throughout the internship.

Preferred candidates are multi-disciplinary, organized, and able to work in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Graduate student in Geology or Geophysics pursuing a career in Petroleum and Carbon Management.
• Must graduate in 2027 or later.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.85 on a 4.0 scale.
