Job summary

The role requires 7–15 years of experience, a geology or environmental science degree, and strong knowledge of regulations. Supervisory duties and a commitment to safety are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in geology, physical or environmental science, or environmental engineering.
• 7–15 years of experience on environmental projects.
• Broad understanding of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate under company Driving Policy.
• Ability to pass drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee site inspections, investigations, and cleanup per regulatory guidelines.
• Support data collection, site investigation, and evaluation for environmental objectives.
• Prepare technical evaluations of investigated sites.
• Lead in creating and reviewing environmental project documents.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with project managers and technical advisors.
• Maintain safety culture and ensure compliance with permits and standards.
