Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Geologist/Environmental Engineer with at least 1 year of environmental field experience to support Brownfield revitalization in Wisconsin.

The role emphasizes due diligence, regulatory interaction, and collaboration across our Great Lakes environmental team. You will contribute to Phase I/II ESAs, work plans, and site investigations, while coordinating with subcontractors and clients.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in environmental consulting.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in geology, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
• HAZWOPer 40-hour certification required.
• GIT or EIT licensure is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Brownfield and property redevelopment projects in the field and office, including occasional travel.
• Prepare deliverables such as Phase I/II ESAs, Work Plans, and Site Investigation reports.
• Develop conceptual site models and assist with grant applications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and regulatory agencies as part of project execution.
• Support field testing, data interpretation, and environmental monitoring as needed.
