Stantec’s Great Lakes Environmental Services team in Wisconsin is seeking a Geologist/Environmental Engineer with at least 1 year of environmental consulting experience for due diligence and Brownfield revitalization work. The role focuses on Phase I/II ESAs, field activities, and collaborating with clients, landowners, and regulators.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in geology, environmental science, engineering, or related field.
1 year of experience in environmental consulting.
HAZWOPER certification (40-hour) required; licensure desired (GIT/EIT).

Responsibilities

Assist with Brownfield/property redevelopment projects in field and office; travel may be required.
Prepare deliverables: Phase I/II ESAs, Work Plans, Sampling & Analysis Plans, Site Investigations, and Remedial Action Planning.
Develop workplans and conceptual site models; interpret environmental data; coordinate subcontractors and client meetings.
Assist with grant applications to fund environmental projects.
