Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Geologic Modeler to develop and advance fit-for-purpose geological models. You will integrate geological, geophysical, and geochemical data with field observations to deliver defensible interpretations that support resource growth and mine planning.

You will collaborate with mine geologists, engineers, and data scientists to meet business needs, uphold standards, and drive continuous improvement in orebody understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field.
• Proficient in geologic modeling; Leapfrog Geo preferred.
• Ability to learn mining software and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of geological models.
• Support mine planning and ore grade control initiatives.
• Mentor field teams and validate models through field visits.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and data science teams to align priorities.
• Communicate risks, opportunities, and model updates to stakeholders.
