Job summary

Kavaliro is seeking a Mid-Level Systems Engineer in Springfield, VA, to support mission-critical GEOINT capabilities. In this role, you will handle responsibilities from systems analysis to integration, ensuring systems are reliable and aligned with mission needs. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a related field, along with at least six years of experience in government or industry. An active TS/SCI clearance is required along with U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Six plus (6+) years of relevant Systems Engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of six (6) years of experience in DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) Acquisition Processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering tasks across requirements analysis to maintainability.
• Analyze and trace user and system requirements to architectural components.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their skills development.
