Qualifications
15+ years of experience in systems engineering within DoD/IC programs.
Certifications such as INCOSE ESEP, Professional Engineer, or Software Development Framework preferred.
Familiarity with NGA, NSG/ASG, and NRO program environments.
Responsibilities
Support requirements engineering, solutions design, testing, and evaluation across mission systems.
Provide technical advice on cloud services, workflow optimization, and automation.
Translate mission needs into system requirements and solutions.
Conduct Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Trade Studies, and Engineering Assessments.
Support strategic planning, project management, and risk management activities.
Oversee and mentor engineering teams of multiple levels.
Advise on system architecture, integration, and performance engineering.
