Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a technical field with extensive relevant experience.
• Advanced degrees with years of intelligence community experience are preferred.
• GEOINT, payload and space system domains knowledge is expected.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead GEOINT space capability studies for the NRO GSIA office.
• Coordinate with government leads and SMEs to define architecture and requirements.
• Assess payload performance, modeling, and simulation results.
• Develop acquisition plans and support government reviews.
• Lead high-performing technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare reports and briefings for government leadership.

Education

Bachelor’s degree + 10+ years experience

Master’s degree + 8+ years experience

Doctorate + 6+ years experience

Degree in Remote Sensing or Optical/Atmospheric/Physics

5 years IC experience
