• At least 24 months designing legally-defensible test instruments.
• Experience coordinating with SMEs, analysts and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to tasks supporting NGA Certification Program development and sustainment.
• Train and lead GEOINT SMEs in developing test questions and pilot tests.
• Facilitate standard setting panel to develop provisional cut scores.
• Collaborate with psychometricians and SMEs to refine assessment tools.
