Job summary

Quantech Services Inc. supports the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) with lifecycle acquisition management for GEOINT systems, from concept to full operation.

The role provides advisory, technical, and program management assistance to acquire and sustain GEOINT capabilities while meeting IC standards. The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and 6+ years in acquisition/advisory roles, including 2+ years with NGA, plus strong analytics, advanced Excel, and PM proficiency to guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, computer science, geography, GIS, management, or systems engineering.
• At least 6 years of acquisition/advisory/management/technical experience, including 2+ years supporting NGA.
• Ability to apply analytic techniques to evaluate programmatic data and resolve inconsistencies.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and macros).
• Proficient in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management concepts and principles.

Responsibilities

• Acquisition Planning & Strategy: Assess current contracts and industry trends to identify opportunities for acquisition reform and support the development of acquisition strategies.
• Contract Development: Assist in developing key acquisition documents, including Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and cost estimates.
• Technical Expertise: Provide subject matter expertise on GEOINT data formats, metadata, classification, release requirements, and sensor phenomenology.
• Compliance & Governance: Advise on compliance with NGA and IC enterprise standards, architectural concepts, and security guidelines.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate across NGA directorates and external organizations (DoD and IC information assurance) for compliant solutions.
• Program Support: Provide guidance and actionable recommendations to program and project managers during major milestone reviews.
