Job summary

Aptino, Inc. is seeking a Geographic Information System consultant for a 14-month engagement in Sugar Land, TX.

The role centers on gathering business requirements, creating BRDs and user stories, and collaborating with business and technical teams to support data migration, reporting, dashboards, and analytics. You will contribute to data governance, data quality, KPI definition, and participate in SIT/UAT along with Agile ceremonies and solution validation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data, reporting, analytics, or modernization projects.
• Knowledge of data governance and data quality.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• GIS/geospatial experience is a mandatory.
