Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Pennsylvania seeks a Regional Discipline Leader for Civil/Site to shape strategy, drive growth, and elevate service across offices in Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia, Exton, and Pittsburgh. You will guide Geographic Discipline Leaders, develop talent, improve client satisfaction, and lead business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a professional license, a Bachelor's in a related field, and proven success leading large teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field.
15+ Years of progressive leadership and managerial experience in the industry.
Professional licensure in area of expertise.
Demonstrated effective leadership across large groups of employees.
Strategic thinking.
Effective delegation skills.
Collaboration.
Ability to hold others accountable.
Proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Provides leadership, managerial direction and guidance for the region to achieve goals.
Directs productivity, profitability, client satisfaction and quality of work.
Responsible for discipline marketing and business development.
Cross-selling of all company services.
Oversees billings and collections and regional financial performance.
Collaborates with geographic leaders on resource sharing and staffing.
Manages regional training, staff development and advancement.
Monitors staff utilization and takes corrective action as needed.
Ensures compliance with all policies and safety programs.
Travels regularly to various regions and offices.
