Job summary

The position involves collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams, delivering technical reports and reservoir monitoring summaries, and coordinating with compliance and business development to expand Ormat's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Master of Science or Engineering in a relevant subject; Doctorate advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.
• Geochemical tools: Geochemist Workbench, WATCH or PHREEQC; ArcGIS preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; other languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support exploration, development and operations of geothermal resources.
• Provide geochemical analyses and data for exploration and production.
• Maintain field sampling, data management and geochemical models.
• Collaborate with geochemists, compliance staff and BD for programs.
• Produce technical reports and reservoir monitoring summaries.
