Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager GEO Strategy & Operations, USBO to orchestrate GEO strategy across the US brand portfolio. You will translate enterprise priorities into coordinated actions across brands, platforms, agencies, and partners, guiding marketing and communications initiatives end-to-end.

This role demands strategic, analytical, and results-focused leadership with experience in marketing, digital strategy, and decision sciences within a pharmaceutical context.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Masters with relevant experience in Marketing, Digital Strategy, Commercial Operations or Decision Sciences.
• Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in Marketing, Digital Strategy or related fields.
• Associates degree with long tenure in Marketing, Digital Strategy or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise GEO strategy into clear priorities for USBO brands and align stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities from GEO outputs and translate findings into marketing actions.
• Lead cross-functional reviews with Marketing, Medical, Communications, Decision Sciences, Digital, Content and Legal/Regulatory.
• Coordinate GEO work across platforms, agencies, and external partners; monitor quality and timelines.
• Apply GEO processes and standards across the portfolio and suggest practical improvements.
