Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager GEO Strategy & Operations to drive GEO strategy across RDBU and Global portfolios. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, translate findings into action, and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities across brands and regions.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of Marketing, Digital Strategy, Commercial Operations, Decision Sciences, or related experience OR
• Masters degree with 4 years of Marketing, Digital Strategy, Commercial Operations, Decision Sciences, or related experience OR
• Bachelors degree with 6 years of Marketing, Digital Strategy, Commercial Operations, Decision Sciences, or related experience OR
• Associates degree with 10 years of Marketing, Digital Strategy, Commercial Operations, Decision Sciences, or related experience OR
• High school diploma / GED with 12 years of Marketing, Digital Strategy, Commercial Operations, Decision Sciences, or related experience

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise GEO strategy into clear priorities for RDBU and Global brands.
• Lead recurring cross-functional GEO reviews and document actions to completion.
• Partner with brand and functional teams to incorporate GEO recommendations into global-to-local marketing plans.
