The role in a nutshell:

The (GEO) Operations Team Manager will ensure our Operations Team delivers exceptional experiences for employees and clients. Responsibilities include supervising, guiding, and motivating the team to deliver excellent customer service.

How you will make a difference:

  • Manage team leaders and approve all operations employees' work
  • Drive team growth and success
  • Collaborate with the Sr Operations Manager to develop a scalable GEO operational model within budget
  • Support the Regional VP of Operations on projects driven by partnerships and channels
  • Measure, report, and ensure accountability for KPIs
  • Manage operational governance and SLA review meetings
  • Plan and review workload and capacity to meet targets cost-effectively
  • Develop operational processes to maintain efficiency
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on them
  • Identify training needs and coach team members
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss successes and challenges
  • Handle client escalations and manage expectations
  • Set quarterly objectives aligned with department goals
  • Oversee daily operations and performance
  • Perform regular performance evaluations
  • Address team feedback and resolve conflicts
  • Organize team-building activities to keep the team engaged and motivated
