Job summary

Axle is seeking a Staff Scientist (Genomics) to provide scientific and technical support for NGS projects. You will apply Illumina sequencing, RNA-seq, and single-cell genomics in a collaborative environment to support translational research and data-driven decisions.

Under supervision, you will design experiments, manage workflows, generate data, and contribute to quality control while adhering to safety and data management standards.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Genomics, Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related biological science.
• Hands-on experience with Illumina sequencing.
• Experience with RNA-seq and/or single-cell sequencing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform Illumina library preparation and sequencing following SOPs.
• Conduct RNA-seq and single-cell sequencing workflows and quality assessment.
• Maintain records of experiments, reagents, and sequencing runs for reproducibility.
